Court Fines & Stamp Fees are charged under  section 99 of the Finance  Statute of the Southern Province  N0.07  of 1990

 

Recovery action is done by provincial courts and there after relevant fees are remitted to this department. Stamp fee, court fines collected  by this department are released to the Local Government Authorities.Top
